Returns & refunds

We hope you and your furry friend love your purchase. You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first to arrange your return . Items must be unused, unworn , unwashed and returned in the original condition, customers may try clothing on their dog to check the fit , items should not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the size and suitability. We may make a deduction from the refund if an item has been excessively worn, used or damaged, soiled whilst in the customers care . This does not affect your statutory rights. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You have a further 14 days to return the item after telling us you wish to cancel . Please check all measurements carefully before ordering, as sizes can vary between different styles. The customer is responsible for return postage for change of incorrect size returns. if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
